We work with small and select groups of clients (15 - 30 people) and offer various off-site services that require minimum space and/or equipment.

It's already well-known that work place stress not only compromises employees' mental health but also negatively affects their performance and a company's overall success. We very well know a company's most valuable assets are it's employees and our aim is to help create a more favourable working environment in which all levels of staff flourish and feel valued. Through collective physical activities and meditations we can:

Our Off-Site Services

Office Yoga Sessions: Our Office Yoga programme is of short but effective sessions designed to relieve muscular tension caused by sedentary office life. Suitable to practice during a lunch break,, these sessions do not require special garments to change into and are practiced in a seated position.

Mobility Training Workshops: Our Mobility sessions are suitable for corporate venues having an employee-only gym or similar sports facilities. These sessions require mats and there are two different programmes for women and men, guided by different coaches simultaneously.

Movement Quality Talks: We prioritise teaching movement quality to adults at our studio. This workshop is a presentation through which we elaborate on musculoskeletal terms like mobility, and stability to educate adults about how to address their movement quality issues.

Mindfulness Workshops: Our mindfulness workshops are brief breath and meditation sessions aiming to relieve work-related stress and anxiety and to help promote a more compassionate and loving working environment. Sessions are seated and include an introductory talk about what mindfulness is.

PDC Corporate Wellness: Office Yoga & Meditation

Office Yoga is specially designed for those who work at a desk all day. It includes easy-to-follow movements and breathing techniques to help reduce stress, improve posture, and revitalize your energy. Each session consists of simple and effective exercises that you can comfortably perform in an office environment.

Throughout this program, you will learn:

    •Proper breathing techniques and awareness of your sitting posture

    •Stretching exercises that alleviate tension in the neck and shoulders

    •Yoga poses to help relieve back and lower back pain

    •Exercises to strengthen your wrists and hands

    •Meditation and breathing practices that enhance mental clarity

    •Stretching routines that can easily be performed while seated

    •Flowing movements that awaken different parts of the body

    •Breathing techniques that reduce stress and promote relaxation

This program is an ideal solution to increase mobility and boost productivity in the workplace. It is suitable for all levels and requires no equipment—you can practice it right at your desk or in your chair.

You can combine this programme with our Mindfulness programme and add a detailed talk about Mindfulness practices and a group meditation session to the end of the yoga practice, or you can simply book us for an Office Yoga session.
