*Number of Participants: Camps consist of a maximum of 25 participants. Numbers may vary for private camps. For private camps, a special camp can be organized with 4 or more participants. For corporate, municipal, club, school camps, please contact our company representatives.

*Accommodation Camp Standards: The camp includes 2 nights of accommodation. Tents for accommodation are for 2 people. Participants can stay in a single-person tent by paying an additional fee. The campsite has shower, toilet (WC), and Wi-Fi facilities. The campsite is a secure area with surveillance cameras. There is a leisure room, dining, and breakfast rooms in the camp area. Heaters are available in the camp tents depending on weather conditions. The camp tents are at least 10 square meters, room-type tents. There is a laundry facility in the camp area, and participants can use these facilities whenever they want.

*Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served as a set menu and are included in the price. Camp breakfasts consist of a minimum of 15 types of open buffet breakfast. Camp meals include soup, main course, snack, salad, fruits, and desserts. Beverages (excluding water) are subject to an additional charge. Camp meals are prepared in clean, sterile areas. There are no restrictions on the amount of food each participant can take. Special meals are provided for vegetarian participants.

*Language: The language spoken at the camps is Turkish - English. Language options can be added for groups of 5 or more participants.

*Participant Rules: Participants who do not comply with the rules and disturb other participants during the camp may have their camps canceled. Participants whose camps are canceled cannot receive a refund.

*Weather Conditions: There may be changes in camp planning and content depending on weather conditions. Our company is not responsible for disruptions due to adverse weather conditions. Changes to camp plans may be made based on changing weather and terrain conditions.

*CAMP Program and Standards: The camps have a daily 6-hour activity program. Breaks, meals, and other free times are included in this period. The program may change depending on terrain, weather, and natural conditions. Camps involve terrain conditions. Participants may be exposed to natural elements such as mud, rain, snow, and water during the camp. Safety measures have been taken in the camps. The campsite is closed to external entrances. There are emergency intervention and health facilities in the camp area.

*CAMP ACTIVITY ROUTES: *Our camp is located in the town of Goreme, owned by our company, near the balloon take-off areas. Participants can see the balloons in the mornings. Our camp activities are carried out in the regions of Swords Valley, Rose Valley, Red Valley, Meskendir Valley, Pigeon Valley, Aktepe, Pasabag, Cavusin, and Uchisar.

*Camping Equipment and Supplies: The tents used in our camps are waterproof and suitable for camping conditions. Beds, blankets, and pillows are used individually and changed at regular intervals. The equipment and materials used in the camps comply with camping standards and natural standards. Equipment usage is planned according to the age groups of the participants.

KIDS CAMP PROGRAM

DAY 1 *Welcome. Introduction to the group and instructors. Room assignment. (Children stay in triple rooms, can be arranged in pairs at the discretion of the supervisor.) Wearing camp uniforms. Camp rules and activity program meeting. *Trekking theoretical lesson: Terrain and nature risks. Ensuring safety in the field. Terrain walking techniques. Incline/decline on rough terrain. Using batons and ropes. Applied Trekking: Meskendir Valley trekking. *Evening meal: Camp dinner in the dining area. Menu. *Evening roll call. *ARTS AND CRAFTS: Making necklaces, bracelets, badges, and keychains. *Evening horse feeding. 20 minutes.

DAY 2 *06:30 Wake-up. Morning roll call. *Feeding the horses. 20 minutes. *Balloon watching expedition. Camp kitchen... Preparing breakfast and morning snacks at the camp. *Theoretical horseback riding lesson (40 mins): Getting to know horses. Safety in horseback riding. Approaching horses. Horse grooming and care. Equipment attachment. Mounting/dismounting. Communicating with the horse and guiding it. *Break. *Practical horseback riding lesson 1 (40 mins): Approaching horses. Horse grooming and care. Equipment attachment. Mounting/dismounting. Communicating with the horse and guiding it. *Break. *Practical horseback riding lesson 2 (40 mins): Mounting/dismounting. DAY 3 *Morning roll call. 07:00 Feeding the horses. 20 minutes. *Love Valley trekking. *Return. Breakfast. Working with soil in the garden according to seasonal tasks. *Break. *Motor Sports theoretical training: (Educational Games for 05-07 age group) -Getting to know vehicle equipment. Safety. ATV motor usage (brake, throttle, gear). Basic traffic rules. -Driving in a stable controlled area, guided by instructors. *Feeding the horses. 20 minutes. *Lunch. Cooking at the camp. *Basic climbing and knot training. (Rope knot techniques. Use of rope based on climbing conditions) *Break, free time. *Basic Horse Riding Training off-road. A kind of off-road riding in Swords Valley. *Program end, departure from the facility.

PARENT CAMP PROGRAM

DAY 1 *Welcome. Introduction to the group and instructors. Room assignment. (Parents stay in separate rooms from children.) *Short area tour. Esentepe Panorama visit. Uchisar Castle visit. Uchisar Walnut visit. Sunset in Kizilcukur. *Evening meal: Menu at our restaurant section. Free time for parents.

DAY 2 *Breakfast. *ATV TOUR 120 mins: Swords Valley, Rose Valley-Kizilcukur Panorama. Love Valley. *Lunch at our restaurant. *HORSEBACK TOUR 120 mins: Swords Valley Canyon, Girls Monastery, Rose Valley. *Trekking: Kizilcukur Valley. Sunset in Kizilcukur. *Evening Turkish Night Entertainment Program. Local folk dances. Animations... Unlimited drinks, treats, fruits.

DAY 3 *Breakfast. Free time until 11:00. *Cappadocia region tour. Visit to Pasabagları, Ceramic workshops. Trying pottery making. Dervent imaginary valley. Visit to Urgup wine cellars and local products. Visits to the Three Beauties fairy chimneys. Visit to Ortahisar Castle.
